Book & Give Back! 2017 Holiday Party Promotion
Before you know it, the holidays will be in full effect. We want to ensure your Nashville holiday party is dreamy so we are encouraging everyone to book early (before venues and vendors are sold out). To sweeten the deal and in keeping with our Summer of 25 Dreams celebration, Dream Events & Catering is partnering with the Nashville Diaper Connection, giving them a case of diapers for every new holiday party we book before Sept 30th. This applies to new events booked between Nov 15, 2017 – Feb 28, 2018. Your celebrations before and after the New Year can give back!
Step 1: Book your Dream Holiday Party before Sept 30th.
Step 2: For every $1500 in Food & Beverage, we’ll donate a case of diapers.
Step 3: Share with friends and peers – they book holiday parties.
Result: 10,000 Diapers Collected!
New events only. Events must be book by Sept 30, 2017 with an initial payment for event date between Nov 15, 2017 – Feb 28, 2018.
Dream Events & Catering will donate $45 to the Nashville Diaper Connection for every $1500 spent on food and beverage.
Maximum donation of $2250.
After partnering with the Nashville Diaper Connection for our Summer of 25 Dreams for a diaper wrap, we realized we could do a lot more to support this great organization. NDC is the only diaper bank in Middle Tennessee and they support a wide reaching group of non-profit organizations, giving diapers to families in need. Without diapers, babies cannot go to childcare or participate in early childhood education. Without childcare, parents cannot go to work or school. Hence, too many babies live in home environments with more tension, less nurturing, and possible abuse. Additionally, it surprised us to learn that you can buy candy with food stamps — but diapers are classified with cigarettes, alcohol, and pet food as disallowed purchases. There is no federal government program that supplies diapers – this is entirely left up to private donations and supporting this organization supports our broader goals of building a family focused company that supports the success of all the citizens in our community.
Want to make a Bigger Impact?
We are encouraging clients to match us with your own diaper donation as well as sharing this promotion with other clients or friends planning their holiday and winter parties. Be sure to ask your planner about this when you book your event. You can also gather a team of 4-8 volunteers to participate in a diaper wrap! This is an ongoing need (donated diapers have to be bundled into smaller groups to be distributed) and an hour-long wrap at their west Nashville location can be scheduled anytime. We can speak from experience that it’s a great team builder and morale booster!
