Jessica & Austin: A Classic Minimalist Wedding at 14TENN

In the heart of West Nashville, Jessica and Austin exchanged vows at the stylish 14TENN event space. Their wedding day was the perfect mix of classic elegance and modern minimalism.  The Dream Team was thrilled to play a part with day-of coordinating and dreamy catering, and it was definitely a night to remember!

Before the ceremony, Jessica and Austin shared a heartwarming first look, made even more special with the inclusion of their beloved dog— a touching moment that set the tone for the day.

The couple’s venue choice set the stage for a modern and minimalist ceremony. The pristine white walls of the venue were decorated with a stunning hanging greenery and white rose arrangement that draped over the barn doors, creating a focal point for the end of their aisle.

Jessica stunned in a sleek square-neck wedding dress, while Austin looked dapper in a classic tuxedo. The bridesmaids rocked mismatched black dresses while the groomsmen mirrored Austin’s classic style.

Once they said their “I dos,” guests gathered for signature drinks created by 14TENN’s bar services with several appetizers from the Dream Team. We served tutti frutti crostinis with ricotta, lemon, basil, and honey; caprese skewers drizzled with balsamic; and mini ham biscuits on sweet potato biscuits with maple cream cheese.

The reception seamlessly continued the theme of classic yet modern minimalism, with wooden farm tables, metal cafe chairs, and fresh greenery runners with  white floral bud vase arrangements adorning each table. Gold-framed bar and signature drink signs added a touch of glamor to the space.

Jessica and Austin’s personalities shined through every detail of the wedding. Custom koozies featuring their dog’s face provided guests with a charming keepsake, they had an Instax camera for guests to fill their guest book with photos, and their newly-shared last name was featured on a custom neon sign against a greenery wall.

For dinner, we pre-set the tables with a caesar salad and yeast rolls before serving up some of our most popular dishes, buffet style: sweet tea glazed chicken, garlic rosemary braised beef, gourmet truffle mac & cheese, and roasted brussel sprouts.

Jessica and Austin’s loved ones gave toasts over dinner before they cut their carrot cake made by The Rolling Pin. They also offered guests a selection of cupcakes for dessert— vanilla, chocolate salted caramel, and carrot cake.

After the newlyweds took the dance floor to share their first dance, guests joined in on the fun to celebrate the night away! Jessica and Austin were then sent off with dreamy sparklers before taking off in a classic Mustang… to Daddy’s Dogs for a hot dog to cap off their wedding night, of course.

From the classic and minimalist design to sweet personalized touches, their day was a testament to their unique love story, and we are so glad we got to play a part!
