Responsibilities:

  • Play real life Tetris in the operations world
  • Bring synergy to our warehouse and kitchen team
  • Pulling equipment and pieces that will lend to a seamless execution
  • Inspect products and equipment for any damages or defects
  • Keep warehouse clean
  • Load / unload event equipment on company vehicles
  • Maintain company vehicles

Banquet Captain

Responsibilities:

This not an event planner position.

  • Execute catering events from start to finish
  • Review BEO’s & event details with event planner prior to event
  • Manage & delegate a staff of up to 30 team members
  • Create server duties prior to staff rally
  • Be a liaison between client & event planner
  • Ensure guest & client satisfaction
  • Provide positive leadership to all staff
  • Proactively identify & resolve issues that may arise
  • Coordinate with event planners to identify ways to improve
  • Ensure all check out processes are completed
  • Protect the integrity of all company product

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Previous event catering experience required
  • Knowledge of food & beverage etiquette
  • Ability to drive vans & box trucks and navigate to different venues
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to be on your feet for up to 12 hours at a time
  • Must be able to work in high pressure scenarios
  • Must have strong communication skills and leadership skills
  • Punctuality and a positive attitude are an absolute requirement!

 

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour

Event Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Execute catering events from start to finish

  • Provide exceptional service at each event

Responsibilities:

  • Completing tasks assigned by Executive Chef & Sous Chef
  • Reading BEOs & prepping food items accordingly
  • Producing consistent, high-quality food using established recipes
  • Using commercial kitchen equipment to prep food items
  • Working quickly & efficiently to maximize production
  • Checking food quality at all points of preparation
  • Maintaining a clean & organized work space at all times

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be highly organized individual
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be on time & ready to work until supervisor releases you
  • Must have basic knife skills
  • Must have fundamental understanding of cooking techniques
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly
  • Must be able to stand for periods of up to 12 hours
  • Must know how to maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Must have a desire to learn and improve
  • Must follow uniform guidelines
  • Must be able to take and follow direction

 

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour

On-Site Catering Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation & display of high quality foods
  • Reading BEOs and prepping food items accordingly
  • Producing consistent, high-quality food using established recipes
  • Reviewing BEOs and creating execution plans
  • Ensure all stations are properly set prior to service
  • Leading a culinary team at off-site events
  • Creating new and reviewing existing equipment lists for off-site events
  • Adapting to unexpected and last minute changes during events
  • Briefing on-site culinary team about each event
  • Ensure good customer relations are maintained at all times

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be highly organized individual
