A Note from the Owner

Since I first joined the company in 2006, Dream Events & Catering has become so much more than a catering service. We’ve expanded our experience and expertise to serve every kind of event. But we’re more than that – at Dream, we love to help people celebrate life. A wedding, a milestone, a success, an intimate gathering – this is the good stuff. And it should be memorable, masterful, and delicious. This is the ethos of our work. My team and I are dedicated to making sure every detail is carefully organized so that your event is a splendid and sensational gathering.



Our History  

Dream Events & Catering began as a small catering company in 1991, formerly known as A Dream Come True Catering, under the leadership of Bill Reynolds.  From the beginning the company embraced the philosophy of “Lagniappe,” a Cajun term meaning “a little something extra”.  It has been our company policy to go beyond the expected and nearly 30 years later, we’ve grown into a full-service event production company with catering, event planning, florals, and design & decor services as well as vendor selection, event planning & coordination. 


Becki Annastas, long-time manager of ADCT, took ownership of Dream in 2015 with a vision for a company that cultivates splendid food & sensational gatherings. With goals to create a sustainable & supportive work environment that always puts the client first, Dream recently expanded their kitchen and office space. Dream Events & Catering plans to continue to evolve and grow their services and offerings all with the company’s original philosophy in mind as they strive to always exceed their client’s expectations.
