Cassetty and Dakota tied the knot with a gorgeous fall wedding at The Venue at Birchwood in Spring Hill, Tennessee, the perfect venue for this beautiful day, all decorated with minimalist and romantic details to celebrate their “I dos.”

As guests arrived, they were greeted by a long and  winding drive that led them to a barn and chapel surrounded by 26 acres of Tenneesse’s beauty. 

Cassetty and her bridal party spent the morning getting their hair and makeup done in the bridal suite, which has hair and makeup stations, a lounge area, and a separate area for the bride to get into her dress. Every bride’s dream! Dakota and his groomsmen spent the morning in the groom’s suite, decked out with everything you could want from a flat screen TV, to a poker table and yard games. 

A very bright and beautiful ceremony took place in the chapel in front of a gorgeous freestanding floral installation filled with rosy blush florals and eucalyptus. Cassetty wore an open-back lace gown, complemented by a bouquet of white and rosy florals with pops of greenery. Her bridesmaids wore mix0and-match dresses in different shades of pink and burnt orange and held matching bouquets. Dakota stood out from his best men in a light gray suit, floral tie with a matching pocket square, and pastel boutonniere. His groomsmen wore black suits with matching floral details. 

Once the ceremony concluded, Viva La Strings played to welcome guests to cocktail hour where they sipped on signature drinks—one for him and one for her— and snacked on small bites as Cassetty and Dakota had a private dinner in the bridal suite. Cocktail hour bites consisted of sweet potato pancetta pancakes, charred beef crostinis, and ancho spiced shrimp n’ grit cakes. 

As cocktail hour came to an end, guests made their way to the reception where they waited for the new Mr. and Mrs. Mannino to make their grand entrance! Cassetty and Dakota got things started with a first dance, and then Cassetty and her father followed up with a dance to “Cinderella” by Stephen Curtis Chapman. 

A plated dinner was then served to fill guests’ bellies before a long night of celebrating. The menu featured artisan rolls and whipped butter, a mixed greens cranberry salad, roasted wild mushroom orzo, tuscan vegetable medley, pancetta and sage chicken, and an herbed roasted beef tenderloin. 

During dinner, champagne was poured for guests to prepare for toasts., which were given by the maid of honor and best man. The  cake cutting was soon announced and then guests made their way to the dance floor! Everyone danced the night away until it was time for the sparkler send-off. A final congratulations was given to Cassetty and Dakota as they rode away in their old fashioned getaway car.
