28 Jun Southern-Inspired Fare at the Cedarwood Style Show
The Dream Team was thrilled to participate in Cedarwood‘s annual wedding style show in March. The historic venue was celebrating its tenth anniversary serving Nashville’s wedding industry.
We served butler-passed canapes, including Roasted Red Pepper Chicken Salad Wantons garnished with Mandarin Oranges; Arugula BLTs; Feta, Sun-dried Tomato, Basil, Cucumber Medallions; and Strawberry Mint Goat Cheese Crostinis with Balsamic Drizzle.
From our Buffet Table we served London Broil with Cherry Balsamic Sauce and Blue Cheese Horseradish Aioli, Lemon Basil Encrusted Chicken with Provencal Salsa, Chicken Chardonnay, Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes with toppings, Honey Root Vegetables, Pimento Cheese Mac’n’cheese, and Fire-Roasted Vegetables.
We also had a station set up with delicious southern-inspired fare, including our Low Country Shrimp with Turnip Greens or Cheese Grits, Meatloaf Sliders, Pulled Pork Sliders, and Shoestring French Fries with a choice of Ketchup or Hot Ketchup. Needless to say, the event was packed with delicious southern flavor!
