Because we live in such an inspiring city, you’ll often find us dreaming up Nashville-themed event menus that showcase local flavors and ingredients. Here in Nashville, it gets hot. And if you’re wanting to keep guests happy at an outdoor event in the South, you probably want to include refreshing cocktails. Our list of Nashville-inspired cocktails definitely do the trick here. Try The Downtown—an Old Fashioned crafted with Blanton’s Bourbon, a dash of cinnamon, and orange bitters. Or serve up The Gulch—our recreation of the Aperol Spritz, with 2 oz of Prosecco, 1 and 1/4 oz of Aperol and a splash of Topo Chico sparkling water.

These days, the first thing that usually comes to mind when someone mentions quintessential Nashville food is Nashville Hot Chicken. We serve up our delicious Nashville Hot Chicken on waffles and biscuits, or on its own with the classic white bread and pickle accompaniments. If you’re not sold on the spice, our Jack Daniel’s Chicken also makes a mouth-watering entree and is a fan favorite. For all our vegetarians out there, we’ve got Nashville Hot Cauliflower that even our omnivores love!

Is it possible to have a party or wedding in Nashville and NOT include something with the words pimento and cheese on the menu? Not in our opinion! Pimento Mac & Cheese is a forever favorite, and some other Southern side dishes are our Country Style Green Beans and Hashbrown Casserole. And don’t worry, we won’t let you forget the biscuits!
