Creative Food: Gold Dust Influence Menu for Cartier

When Cartier approached Dream Events & Catering for their #FollowtheClou event, we were thrilled at the dreamy opportunity!  The event highlighted the connection between mechanics and jewelry, and we were excited to tackle the creative theme. We designed a unique menu and signature cocktails that fit their gold standard and event theme.

Featuring an assortment of passed bites and a full bar with branded signature cocktails, we created custom menu items that tied into Cartier’s jewelry theme. Creative menu items included gold-dusted, chocolate-dipped potato chips and charcoal vanilla ice cream cones with gold dust frosting the top. We also included crowd favorites such as avocado toast, steak bites, and (fancy) mini grilled cheese sandwiches. We had to make sure a few Southern staples were present as a nod to their Nashville stopover, including our Hot or Not mini chicken and waffle bites.

Cartier Champagne was served with St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur and gold luster dust. A specialty cocktail made with black vodka, activated charcoal, and pearl dust also graced the scene.

Dream Tip! It’s the details that make an event memorable and exciting for guests. At this event, the serving staff donned café inspired uniforms as a nod to the company’s French roots. À votre santé!
